About Adaptive Flow

Adaptive Flow is a Business Agility solution set; it combines a set of practical practices along with a conceptual framework and operational model that makes Business Agility work.  The Adaptive Flow solution set is emerging as a condensation of over 25 years of practical experience in leading combined Business and Information Technology innovations and transformations.

The creator of the Adaptive Flow model is Dr. Andrew J. Czuchry, Jr., PhD.  Dr. Czuchry is an innovator, practitioner, technologist, entrepreneur, leader, and author.  He is passionate about evangelizing the models he is using to create a repeatable track record of noteworthy results.  Relevant to the context of the Adaptive Flow model, Dr. Czuchry holds certifications of SPC, CSP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, and Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt among others.

Dr. Czuchry believes companies and their people thrive when they operate in the “right” adaptive ecosystem that is intensely responsive to the combination of client needs, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.  Since “right” is highly dependent upon context, the “how” to make such an ecosystem a reality is through passionate application of an adaptive operating model for driving change at the points of need in creating truly flexible organizations.  To that end, Dr. Czuchry provides proven senior leadership in people management and workflow management by leveraging lean-agility at scale, digital transformation, enterprise value stream management, dynamic coaching, and business agility principles and practices across an enterprise.

The areas where Dr. Czuchry applies the Adaptive Flow model include business transformations, Lean Agile adoption to drive commercialization of innovations,  client engagement and client advocacy enhancement,  underperforming troubled programs rescues,  business development acceleration, and  new revenue growth.  For more information on Dr. Czuchry Jr., see his LinkedIn page:  www.linkedin.com/in/andy-czuchry-business-agility.
