It’s not change management; it’s UNKNOWN management

Here are a few foundational observations that are emerging, as we craft our messaging to help others realize what makes Adaptive Flow distinct and relevant…

It’s fear of the unknown, not fear of change.

It’s not change management; it’s UNKNOWN management.

  1. Why? In today’s hyper-connected and accelerating-pace-of-change business climate, WE BELIEVE there is a better way to get better results, as business leaders navigate the fear of the Unknown and come out on the other side with an organization that is bigger, better, faster, and stronger than it was before.
  2. How? The KNOWNs and the UNKNOWNs are different for every organization. That’s why it’s vital to frame the context for each organization, by identifying and navigating their Knowns and their Unknowns.
  3. What? We apply the right patterns in the right sequence and then validate all along the way that we are getting better results… so you can see it without having to wait until the end and that successfully navigates the unknown.

We have results and that’s why we are telling our story to help others get better results too.  In fact, we’re writing a book about it.  More to come…
